This software is provided 'as-is', without warranties or conditions of any kind.
In no event unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing will the author be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the program (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by you or third parties or a failure of the program to operate with any other programs), even if such holder or other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HissenIT be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this software.

In no event shall the liability exceed the license price paid to HissenIT.

If any term of this EULA shall be found invalid, the term shall be modified or omitted to the extent necessary, and the remainder of the EULA shall continue in full effect.
